On Saturday, September 10th @ 12:38PM, Manorville was activated to respond to a Motor Vehicle Accident with reported Overturn on the East Bound Long Island Expressway between Exit 69 and 70. Assistant Chief Rosario was first on scene and confirmed a 2 car MVA with a jeep that rolled. Engine 5-16-2 was the first truck on scene, followed by Engine 5-16-3 and Heavy Rescue 5-16-1. Fortunately, the driver of the jeep was seat belted in and was no seriously injured. Suffolk Police ESU can and helped to get the jeep back on it's wheels so it could be towed. All units where back in service by 1304 Hours.
