Manorville Fire Dept. Responds to Yet, Another Brush Fire In the same area as the past 3 Brush Fires

On Mother's Day, Sunday, May 10th @ 2:11 PM - The Manorville FD was activated for a Brush Fire on Grumman Blvd. between Wading River Manor Road and Line Road. This was the fourth brush fire in the same area in the past 3 weeks. Upon arrival, The fire was discovered to be a small brush fire that was spreading due to the wind. This fire was a much smaller fire then the three fires previously. It was approximately under 1 acre. The first units in the woods (5-16-G11 and GI3), made a fast stop on the spreading fire. All units where cleared from this Alarm by 3:38 PM. During this Alarm, The Manorville FD was also called to 2 Additional Alarms. Pictures where provided by LI Hot Shots Photography.
