On February 8th @ 2054 Hours, The Manorville FD was dispatched to respond to a Motor Vehicle Accident at the Intersection of County Road 111 and the Entrance to the Eastbound Long Island Expressway. Chief's Lindberg and Ceo arrived on Scene and where faced with a 2 Vehicle Accident, and the 2nd Vehicle was on it's roof with 3 persons trapped inside. Units 5-16-1, Heavy Rescue was the first truck on scene, followed shortly by Engine 5-16-7. The victims inside the pickup truck on it's roof, where able to exit the overturned vehicle. Engine 5-16-3 and Fire Police unit 5-16-11 also arrive on scene to assist. Manorville Community Ambulance assisted the patients of both vehicles and SCPD closed the roads to protect the scene along with Manorville FD Fire Police unit 5-16-11. SCPD ESU was able to upright the pickup truck from it's roof so it could be towed away.
