| On Thursday, April 23rd @ 2113 Hours, Manorville Fire was activated to respond to an MVA with entrapment. Crews were at the Firehouse as we had schedule Truck Maintenance this evening. Manorville Chief 32 was 1st on scene and confirmed 1 person was trapped in the car. Manorville Chief 30 & 31 arrived shortly afterwards. Engine 5-16-2 was first on scene and went right to work to stabilize the car and work to force the door and dash displacement in order to free up the patient. The patient was removed to a back board and then onto the stretcher. Manorville Ambulance transported the patient to the hospital. SCPD remained on scene awaiting the tow truck. All units where cleared and back in service @ 2145 hours. |
