On Sunday, January 1st at 0915 Hours, Manorville Fire was activated to respond to a Reported Motor Vehicle Accident on Moriches Middle Island Road between Weeks Ave and Cranford Blvd. Chief Danowski was fist on scene and confirmed a 1 car MVA, Car into a tree. The Drive was able to crawl out of the car at the drivers window. Surprisingly, the driver was not hurt with the exception of a small cut on the knee. The Crew from 5-16-3 was able to disconnect the battery to make sure the car had no power. All units where back in service at 0930 Hours.
